Wow!!! 2012 was truly an amazing year for our church... more than we could ask or imagine! More than 6400 people asked Jesus into their lives. More than 3200 people took their next step to go public with baptism. We launched three more campuses this year. And we saw our average weekly attendance increase 39% from 2011.
Our Annual Report is always full of numbers. But these numbers are so important to our church because every number has a name, every name has a story and every story matters to God.
Jesus is changing lives in and through our church and the exciting thing is that He's just getting started! I'm so thankful to serve this church as the pastor and I really do believe the best is yet to come!
Perry Noble, Senior Pastor

We Believe
*At NewSpring, we don’t have members, we have Owners. Why? Because members have rights, but owners have responsibilities.
We Believe
In the Fall of 2012 all of our groups participated in a seasonal study for eight weeks where we learned to share our faith. Senior Pastor Perry Noble taught us why evangelism matters and how to quickly share our salvation story with others. After the eight week session, many Evangelism Groups continued to meet as active groups.
We Believe
In 2012 we began a new giving initiative as a part of our mission to reach 100,000 people in South Carolina. Take The Land will pave the way to move every campus into a permanent facility.
Campus Updates
*At NewSpring, we don’t have members, we have Owners. Why? Because members have rights, but owners have responsibilities. When our Owners take responsibility for the ministry at their campus, we reach that city, and together we reach 100,000 people all over the state of South Carolina!

Jesus on Their Level
KidSpring is a children’s ministry uniquely designed with your child in mind! Kids—birth through fifth grade—experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way.
In 2012 we began creating our own children’s curriculum to teach kids about Jesus on their level. We also began giving that curriculum away—for free—to other churches. These resources include lesson plans, training documents, songs and videos. Over 9200 people have registered to download resources!
The Next Generation
The Gauntlet is a five-day Summer event for middle and high school students. Students learn from God's Word in small group discussions and sessions led by the Fuse Band, Student Pastor Brad Cooper & Senior Pastor Perry Noble.
Serving Other Churches
This year we hosted two conferences—our 6th annual Unleash conference in March and the NewSpring Leadership Conference with guest speakers in September. We also hosted several smaller Leadership Intensive sessions for pastors.
In September 2012, we helped launch Resonate Church in Indianapolis, Indiana.

2012
1. In 2012 we began a new giving initiative as a part of our mission to reach 100,000 people in South Carolina. Take The Land will pave the way to move every campus into a permanent facility.
2. This includes album sales, Awake Coffee, Gauntlet Registrations, Missions Trip Payments & Scholarships, Resource Center, Fuse Snack Bar and Unleash Ministries Conferences & Coaching.
3. Our staffing costs are 32% of our budget. In comparison, the average staffing cost in America for churches with more than 10,000 attenders is 42% of the budget.

...and we moved another campus into
We launched the Spartanburg Campus on April 8th, 2012. Since then, our attendance has grown rapidly to an average weekly attendance of 2018 in December.
In 2012 we saw more than 400 salvations in Spartanburg. To accommodate the fast growth at the Spartanburg Campus, we recently added a third service at 6:00pm.
We launched the Myrtle Beach Campus on April 8th, 2012. We saw more than 100 people meet Jesus in 2012.
Our first facility was only able to seat 225 people, and we quickly outgrew it. We recently moved into a new facility that seats more than 650 people in preparation for more growth in 2013.
In May 2012 we purchased a 92,000 square foot former Wal-Mart on 10.6 acres in Greenwood, SC. We began demolition and renovations on 45,000 square feet of the space in June, and construction was completed in November. The total real estate and construction investment was $6.7 million.
The new Greenwood Campus seats 900 people with the necessary KidSpring and supporting space. The auditorium is expandable to 1200 seats, and the additional unfinished square footage is available for KidSpring expansion.
In July 2012 we purchased an 81,000 square foot former K-Mart on 6.9 acres and a former motel on 2.9 adjacent acres in Columbia, SC. We began demolition and renovations on 60,000 square feet of the space in September, and construction was completed in January 2013. The total real estate and construction investment was $10 million.
The new Columbia Campus facility seats 1400 people with the necessary KidSpring and supporting space. The motel was demolished to make room for 300 additional parking spaces.
