Verse 8

I want all of you (Point to everyone in your group)

To live together (Make a roof above your head)

In peace. (Throw up a peace sign)

Be understanding. (Tap finger above eyebrow)

Love one another (Throw up “I love you” sign language—ring & middle finger down)

Like members of the same family. (Right arm pretends to side hug, then left arm)

Be kind (Point to smiling face)

And tender. (Pat heart twice)

Don’t be proud. (Cross arms & make a bad attitude face)

Verse 9

Don’t pay back evil (Shake head “no”)

With evil. (Make a mean face)

Don’t pay back unkind words (Shake head “no”)

With unkind words. (Fingers make “X” over lips)

Instead, pay them back with kind words. (Make hands talk to each other)

That’s what you have been chosen to do. (Point to someone)

You can receive a blessing (Reach up and pull down)

By doing it. (Swing arms in walking motion)
