This week, we learned Nothing Is Impossible For God! To help us remember this, we played a game where something impossible happened. We turned our friends into snowman friends! Here's how to play:
You can play this game at home, too! All you need is white streamers, scarves, and winter hats. Then, you can also race to make your own Frosty the Snow-Friend!
Join us on Sunday as we find out more headlines from the North Pole News!
We are learning a brand new Memory Verse during this series. You can practice this verse and motions at home with your kids and if they can say the verse on the last Sunday of this series, they will get a special prize! Our verse is from 1 John 4:14 and here is how it goes:
"God sent His Son (point up)
to be the Savior (stretch arms out to side)
of the world. (make circle above head)
We saw His Son (cup hands around eyes)
and are now telling others about Him." (cup hands around mouth)
We hope this is a fun verse for you and your kids to practice together! Join us later this week to see what game the carolers brought for us!
This week, we learned Nothing Is Impossible For God! We heard all kinds of stories from around the North Pole about things happening that we thought were impossible! We learned that there are a lot of things that are impossible for us to do, like heal people, make it snow, and feed 5,000 people with a small amount of food. However, none of those things are impossible for God!
Our Bible Story came from Luke 1:26-55. It was all about Mary and how God prepared her for something she thought was impossible. Our elf friends helped tell the story again this week!
Join us later this week to find out more about what we learned in KidSpring!
The worship team here at NewSpring wrote a song JUST for KidSpring! It's called "Savior of the World." This song reminds us that at Christmas, we celebrate God sending His Son to be the Savior of the World! You can practice the song and motions at home with your kids!
Join us again on Sunday to see what's going on in the North Pole!
This week, we met our new characters, Nick Jolly and Holly Daze. They report everything going on in the North Pole around Christmas! However, in the middle of their broadcast, they had some special visitors who brought a fun game for us to play!
We had a lot of fun this week learning We Need A Savior! Visit our blog again later this week to see one of our brand new songs written by the NewSpring worship team!
