Position Responsibilities
- Implement KidSpring mission, pillars, standards in alignment with our overall church vision
- Give and Receive feedback to/from KidSpring Support Center
- Develop a volunteer Leadership Team to oversee weekly ministry operations
- Recruit and Retain volunteers to match KidSpring ministry needs
- Keep accurate volunteer data in church management database
- Create a culture of excellent care and communication for the volunteer leadership structure
- Demonstrate care for volunteers, parents, and kids through weekday contacts (ex: first-timer follow up, coffee with volunteers, calls, texts, emails, postcards, etc.)
- Shepherd volunteer leaders by systematically discussing personal, spiritual, and professional health
- Serve families with available, valuable, visible leadership presence on Sundays
- Contribute to other congregational ministry needs as requested
