• Implement KidSpring mission, pillars, standards in alignment with our overall church vision
• Give and Receive feedback to/from KidSpring Support Center
• Develop a volunteer Leadership Team to oversee weekly ministry operations
• Recruit and Retain volunteers to match KidSpring ministry needs
• Keep accurate volunteer data in church management database
• Create a culture of excellent care and communication for the volunteer leadership structure
• Demonstrate care for volunteers, parents, and kids through weekday contacts (ex: first-timer follow up, coffee with volunteers, calls, texts, emails, postcards, etc.)
• Shepherd volunteer leaders by systematically discussing personal, spiritual, and professional health
• Serve families with available, valuable, visible leadership presence on Sundays
• Contribute to other congregational ministry needs as requested
