How I left behind insecurity for a whole new life

As a teenager, Haley Cannon begged to die after a failed suicide attempt. Then she found the hope to be made whole.

Haley Corn wrestled with insecurity her whole life, masking the pain with drugs and partying as early as middle school.

By 10th grade, she was separated from her parents and ordered into a drug rehab facility. But as soon as she was released, the cycle of self-destruction only began again.

Having lost all hope, Haley attempted suicide, only to be discovered by her mother before the pills could take effect.

Some time after, Haley accepted an invite to join her friend for a service at NewSpring Church after a friend's joy in Jesus piqued her curiosity.

What she heard made sense of all her pain, frustration, and desperate search for happiness. She saw the value her life, and she began to walk away from her past, realizing that Jesus's love alone was enough to fill her whole heart.
