Building the Person

- This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop professional skills in project management and communications while deepening your faith and contributing to meaningful ministry work.
- Engage in real-life ministry experiences and explore diverse leadership styles by meeting quarterly with each team member on the NewSpring Communications Team.
- Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the Communications Director.
- Actively contribute to the Communications Team through meetings, prayer times, and collaborative efforts.
Building the Kingdom
- Work alongside the Communications Director to accept and approve all projects through the campaign process.
- Oversee communication projects and campaigns from the initial requests through review and delivery.
- Manage projects accepted on behalf of the Communications team by entering all projects into the Wrike management system, setting timelines/due dates, distributing incoming details, and communicating any changes to the Communications and Ministry teams.
- Represent the Communications team at all project meetings (alongside a Communications team member) by taking notes, making sure next steps are planned and communicated, and protecting team margin.
- Set and monitor all project due dates.
- Help build and continue pioneering Communications team processes alongside the Communications Director.
