Uphold the Discipleship mission, pillars and standards to partner with NewSpring’s vision by equipping everyone everywhere to have an everyday relationship with Jesus through Scripture, prayer, and discipleship community.
Cultivate robust discipleship opportunities for men and women at the Powdersville Campus with an emphasis on growing and discipling the young adults community of our church.
Utilize our NewServe process and tools to recruit, train, and empower imitable leaders to facilitate classes, lead groups, and teach the Bible.
Collaborate with staff and volunteers to create a sustainable young adult ministry that upholds the Discipleship mission, pillars, and standards.
Prioritize increasing engagement in Groups and Classes with creative advertising, equipping leaders to personally recruit, and implementing clear communication plans each quarter.
Seek out ways to show care for volunteers and attendees to retain leaders and increase engagement in discipleship opportunities.
Be present in weekly staff and prayer meetings and be willing to contribute to campus-specific needs outside of Discipleship responsibilities.
Maintain timely response to members and guests on the Discipleship dashboard and through workflows to efficiently connect them with next steps.
Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
