Fuse Internship

Serve on the Fuse Leadership Team, attending all meetings unless due to unpreventable outside circumstances. 

Pursue close relationships with fellow teammates of the Fuse Leadership Team.

Meet with the fuse pastor one-on-one bi-weekly for accountability, encouragement, coaching, evaluation, prayer, etc.

Serve Fuse nights as well as any outside of Wednesday night Fuse events in their entirety.

Speak in front of groups of people for Huddles/Trainings/Coaching/Hosting moments.

Build, maintain, and lead groups ministry alongside the fuse pastor and the existing leadership team.

Evaluate outreach health and communicate weekly with the fuse pastor about the status of turf touches, school lunches, games, and community serving opportunities. 

Follow up with new Fuse students and hand them off to Fuse Group coaches.

Help plan and execute the fifth-grade move-up, working with the KidSpring team to make students transition successfully.

Identify and develop volunteers who have the potential and gifting to lead in greater capacities. 

Oversee and maintain Fuse rosters in Rock, ensuring data accuracy.

Help ensure the load-out of Fuse and back storage is ready for gatherings.

Plan and participate in extracurricular Fuse activities.

Work with fuse pastor to plan outreach events such as Fuse to Big Air, Paintball, Movie Nights, Ski Trips, etc. 

Send out weekly communications to teams. 

Lead/Co-lead personal Fuse Group of students up to the standards of a Myrtle Beach Fuse Group Leader.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
