Fuse Intern Internship

Florence, SC

Role Expectations:

Assist in planning and executing weekly Fuse gatherings and other events. 

Build relationships with Fuse students through consistent presence and intentional conversations. 

Support small discipleship environments. 

Serve in logistical and operational tasks (setup, teardown, communication, etc.). 

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and spiritual development opportunities. 

Spiritual Expectations:

Maintain a consistent personal relationship with God (prayer, Scripture, etc.). 

Model Christlike character and integrity. 

Actively engage in the life of NewSpring Church beyond assigned responsibilities. 

Leadership Development:

Be teachable, open to feedback, and willing to grow. 

Take initiative and ownership in assigned areas. 

Develop skills in communication, leadership, and teamwork. 

Time Commitment:

Attend weekly gatherings and assigned Wednesday nights. 

Participate in scheduled meetings and trainings. 

Commit to an average of 25-30 hours per week. 

Accountability:

Maintain clear and consistent communication. 

Uphold the values, culture, and standards of the ministry. 

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
