Fuse Outreach Internship

Develop a clear strategy to get leaders involved in different middle school and high school events. 

Create a team that is effective in reaching students outside of Fuse. 

Track how many events outside of Fuse, leaders are a part of, and track how many leaders go to different events. 

Plan events outside of Fuse that are fun and engaging for students that have never been to Fuse. 

Build a rapport with the staff of local schools in Northeast Columbia and plan the best ways the Fuse ministry can serve each school. 

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
