Assist with New Hire Onboarding Day each month

  • Opportunities including but not limited to processing E-verify, collecting I-9 documents, room set up, help with onboarding schedule coordination/communication, lunch preparation, etc.


Assist with administrative tasks for the Pastoral Development license certificates

Assist with Year-End evaluation process

Assist with responding to the HR email inbox and correspondence

Help with interview scheduling and correspondence

Assist with Temp Hire orientations

Along with a HR staff member, attend candidate interviews, including 60-day post hire check-in meetings

Help with the annual staff survey process (BCW)

Assist with reviewing applications and phone interviews

Attend Exit Interviews, as needed

Assist with FMLA paperwork, as needed

Help with ongoing HR projects, as needed
