KidSpring Internship

The KidSpring Intern role at NewSpring Church is a hands-on ministry leadership position requiring a 20–25 hour weekly commitment, focused on creating environments where children can experience Jesus on their level. In this role, you will balance administrative mid-week prep such as volunteer recruitment, curriculum organization, and classroom setup with high-energy Sunday execution, where you will oversee check-ins, lead volunteer teams, and engage with families. Beyond these operational tasks, the internship emphasizes personal leadership development through weekly mentorship and staff meetings, Lead Team meetings, and one-on-one meetings with the KidSpring Director. You will essentially be the engine behind the Sunday experience, ensuring every environment is safe, fun, and intentional for both kids and their parents.
