Production Internship

Lead the FUSE Production volunteer team and perform necessary duties for FUSE gatherings such as, but not limited to - loading gathering assets, recruiting, equipping, and shepherding volunteers, leading the FUSE gathering meeting, Planning Center scheduling and organization, background checks, etc.
Partner with staff Production Director with scheduling, planning, brainstorming, etc. for any other local gatherings.
Partner with staff Production Director to lead, shepherd, and train students on the FUSE Student Production team.
Develop Audio, Video, and Lighting skillsets including, but not limited to - operating Allen & Heath Audio consoles, Hog lighting consoles, Ross video systems, ProPresenter, Resolume, and Adobe.
Learn the ropes of shepherding people intentionally, learn strengths and weaknesses in their skill of hands through intentional stretching and growth opportunities.
Be receptive to feedback, growth items, and constructive criticism in leading moments, people, and spaces.
Serve in Audio, Video, or Lighting capacities as requested for Sunday and/or FUSE at any NewSpring Campus or any NewSpring event.
If applicable to the candidate, lead worship, participate in band and/or direct music, as requested for Sunday and/or FUSE at any NewSpring Campus or any NewSpring event.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
