If you’re chosen, the expectations for this internship experience in this role include (but aren’t limited to):

Attend a weekly one-on-one meeting with the Worship Leader.

• Check-in with spiritual development
• Discuss reading assignments
• Review Scripture memorization
• Accountability conversations
  
  

Attend all weekly meetings with the Worship Leader.

• Fuse Sync Meeting
• Worship Leader Meeting
• Gathering Sync Meeting
• Fuse Set Planning Meeting

Help set up for Gatherings weekly.

Help facilitate worship audition nights.

Help train worship leaders and music directors.

Build Ableton for Fuse.

Schedule band members for Fuse.

Help cast vision for the worship ministry through MPS.

Partner with the worship leader to lead/pastor worship team meetings.

Have weekly one-on-one meetings with Fuse team leaders.

Effectively and passionately lead worship at the GVL campus through proper preparation and planning during the week.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbo
