Campus Pastor Assistant Internship

In addition to the Cultural expectations listed below, this role will work closely with the Campus Pastor/Lead Campus Pastor to provide administrative assistance in the following areas: 

Weekly Responsibilities: 

  • Ramp/Financial Billing (like missions giving)
  • Email responses to Staff Contact Form and other assigned email -Management of appropriate workflows on dashboard (CP will carry giving)
  • Input of weekly metrics/oversight of these documents.
  • Assist in all non pastorally sensitive communications including but not limited to: weekly Need to Know, campus phone, campus email, campus events calendar on website, and one-off emails to volunteers about upcoming events.
  • Calendar assistance week to week, primarily for the CP but occasionally for the campus at large.
  • Notes taken and action items assigned during each Team Meeting and other meetings as requested.
  • Spreadsheets/forms as assigned


Unique Responsibilities:

  • Help the Campus Pastor plan a Staff Retreat during the Fall of 2026, then be responsible for a majority of its execution. For example: ordering, preparation, venue, etc.
  • Run point on our Volunteer Appreciation Event at the end of the year, which will be a big project of noteworthy responsibility for a few months. This will involve stewardship of the budget, theme, decor, etc.
  • Other projects/responsibilities as assigned by the Campus Pastor.


Additional Note:

The Campus Pastor Assistant will be expected to operate as an extension of the Campus Pastor in spaces where he may not always be, notably but not limited to KidSpring, Fuse, and Young Adult spaces. He/she will be expected to provide meaningful contributions to the CP in perspective, commentary, and detail.
