Creative Photography Internship

The Photography Intern at NewSpring Church plays a vital role in capturing the life, people, and mission of NewSpring through compelling, high-quality imagery. This intern position supports ministry initiatives by visually telling stories from across all 13 NewSpring campuses, helping people see and experience what God is doing. This position collaborates closely with other members of the Creative Team to produce, edit, and deliver photography that aligns with NewSpring’s vision, brand, and creative standards. 

Photograph project assets as assigned by the project manager, supervisor, or creative director. 

Travel to NewSpring campuses to photograph worship gatherings, events, and ministry moments. 

Edit, organize, and deliver photographs for distribution, working closely with the project manager, supervisor, or creative director. 

Attend Creative Team meetings and project meetings as assigned. 

Participate in brainstorms, contributing creative ideas and collaborative solutions to projects. 

Create, maintain, and share NewSpring photography presets as needed to ensure consistency and quality. 

Help build, organize, and continue pioneering a centralized NewSpring photography database. 

Uphold photography standards, brand guidelines, and the overall creative vision across all NewSpring platforms. 

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
