Uphold NewSpring & Fuse Mission Pillars and Standards (MPS).

Aid in mobilizing and shepherding Fuse volunteers on Wednesday nights and throughout the week.

Bring creativity to Fuse volunteer teams and Fuse environments.

Work with Fuse Pastor to coordinate and plan Fuse events for leaders, students, and families. 

Assist with Gauntlet summer camp preparations.

Attend Gauntlet summer camp.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
