Assist with Gauntlet through execution and leading out with the vision

• Organize, plan, and execute Gauntlet Games
• Organize, plan, and execute the Gauntlet Packing Party
• Receive merchandise and ensure proper quality & quantity
• Support campuses during the registration process
• Track weekly numbers (Student Registrations / Group Leaders starting the process to fully through the process)

Sustain a healthy rhythm of communication between Support Fuse, Campuses, and other Support Ministries

• Participate in consistent meetings including Operations, Fuse Support Team, and Fuse Pastor celebrate/eval
• Assist with on-call support in vision, systems, and implementation.
• Attend Fuse on a Wednesday night, including traveling across the state to see as many Fuse gatherings as possible to support and serve for the entire evening.
• Attend church on Sundays

Provide support and feedback to help improve Fuse at each campus according to the MPS of both Fuse and NewSpring Church.

Collaborate with the Fuse Support Team to help students have an everyday relationship with Jesus.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
