Lead and support KidSpring during the Thursday evening gathering.

Lead and support the volunteer leaders of one of our three main age group areas - Nursery, Preschool, or Elementary.

Lead and support the volunteer leaders of one of our smaller support teams, such as Guest Services, Special Needs, Weekday Team, Production, Theming/Decor, or New Volunteer/Recruiting.

Attend and contribute to weekly KidSpring Staff and monthly Lead Team meetings as we evaluate the current condition of the GVL KidSpring ministry and prepare for the future.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
