Production Internship

Serve with a joyful, teachable, and servant-hearted posture. 

Operate a camera for gatherings and events. 

Conduct live video production and visual storytelling.

Load and execute ProPresenter visuals with accuracy, clarity, and detail. 

Help prepare and maintain distraction-free production environments. 

Collaborate well with staff and volunteers, communicating clearly and respectfully.

Take ownership of assigned production tasks and follow through consistently.

Be reliable, prepared, and on time for all scheduled responsibilities. 

Receive feedback humbly and apply it for personal and leadership growth. 

Participate in shepherding conversations and in the development of internship requirements.

Be preventative and proactive for the upkeep of production equipment as needed. 

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
