Take care of Fuse Worship responsibilities such as, but not limited to - Ableton, checking on the band, leading Fuse gatherings, PCO, scheduling, background checks, etc

Learn the ropes of shepherding people intentionally, take ownership of POW Worship culture by joining the WA core team, assist in setting up and helping with encounter nights, learn the strengths and weaknesses of music and music theory, and discover the prophetic in worship through intentional stretching and growth opportunities.

Lead and guide the Fuse band and assist in developing student worship leaders in POW. Take and carry the mantle of development band for Fuse.

Be receptive to feedback, growth items, and constructive criticism in leading moments, people, and spaces.

Lead worship, participate in band and/or direct music, as requested for Sunday and/or Fuse at any NewSpring Campus or any NewSpring event.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
