Position Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who is humble, hard-working, detail-oriented, and fun to help lead and oversee ministry teams, children, and families in KidSpring. If you enjoy leading and equipping teams, creating fun environments for kids and volunteers, and being relational with children and families, this role could be for you!

Qualifications for this job include being able to:

• Effectively train and equip volunteers to keep kids safe
• Help recruit volunteers and develop leaders
• Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
