Changes are coming to Gauntlet 2020
Given all the uncertainty we face with COVID-19, Gauntlet 2020 will not happen in Daytona Beach as planned.
We’ll continue to follow CDC guidelines on public gatherings, and we are dreaming of ways to bring as much of the Gauntlet experience as possible closer to home when it’s safe to gather.
For over a decade, Gauntlet has been the best week of the summer — a time for middle and high school students to get away and hear from God.
In this season, when so much of our world looks different, we’ve decided the best way to care for students, families, and volunteers is for Gauntlet to look different, too.

- If you already committed to going or serving at Gauntlet, someone will be in touch soon about refunding your ticket.
- If you’ve given to the Gauntlet Fund in 2020, we’ll be in touch to answer any questions you have.
We are making the decision now to be good stewards of the resources God has put in our hands. Months of preparation go into Gauntlet each year. After considering the uncertainty families face and the likelihood of coronavirus continuing to spread, we knew it would not be wise to move forward with Gauntlet 2020.
As we make new plans, we’ll update newspring.cc/gauntlet and reach out to parents and students.
