The Lord is writing a beautiful story for you and in you

After conceiving my son at a young age, I kept God at arm’s length, assuming He could not love me like He loves others. I went to church but lived however I wanted during the week. Then, my mom passed away in 2016. I was devastated. I stopped attending church and secluded myself. Thankfully, the people in my life would not let me give up on God. One day, my son called and said he found a church he wanted me to attend with him. I didn’t want to meet new people, and I didn’t believe they could be as nice as he described. After some convincing, I came with him to NewSpring. In 2018, I started attending regularly. I went to Connect Class, started serving in KidSpring, and got involved at Fuse. Last summer at Gauntlet, God showed me that He never left me and that He wants me to be a light for girls and women in dark places. - STEPHANIE ROWE
