In this video, Mike talks about how he came to realize that control and success were just illusions that could not fill the emptiness in his heart.

After finally accepting a friend’s repeated invitation to NewSpring, Mike attended the 10th anniversary service at the Bi-Lo Center and asked Jesus into his life.

Soon after, Mike began to volunteer, and he discovered the joy and purpose of serving in the church and helping others encounter the love he had found in Jesus. Along the way, he saw God's plan for his life that has since led to a role on staff at NewSpring.
