O Kingdoms of the Earth, Sing to God!

“O kingdoms of the earth, sing to God.” - Psalm 68:32

God spoke at just the right time. After 400 years of silence, the first words of the New Testament tell us of the arrival of God’s Son. Into the chaos and uncertainty of that moment, Jesus breaks through the noise, bringing hope of peace to the nations and to you. 

Psalm 68:32-35 commands, “O kingdoms of the earth, sing to God; sing praises to the Lord… He is the one who gives power and strength to his people.” Amazingly, God gives us His power and strength so that we can respond to Him in song. We cannot be quiet. We must raise our voices with neighbors and nations to proclaim His glory and worth. He deserves all the glory. He is truly worthy of our praise. 

Peace is on offer to the entire world through the gospel of Jesus Christ. Imagine the whole earth singing together… every voice, every language, joined in one chorus in an act of worship. We all participate in God’s plan to reach the world with His love. We must go and make disciples of every nation. Wherever we find ourselves, we must go and tell it… Jesus Christ is born!
