Brooke George’s Story

Brooke George thought the love and faith of her All-American family was all the security she needed until God took it all away.

At 15 years old, she watched her father lose his 5-year battle with cancer. Her mother turned to alcohol to numb the pain and ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. Two weeks later, she died.

When Brooke went to Clemson University, she accepted an invitation from a friend to attend NewSpring. There, she truly met Jesus.

She now has a new family at NewSpring, and Jesus has filled her life with joy.
